Returns, refunds and cancellations

Anything bought ready-to-wear can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unaltered, and the tags are still on it. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email and we arrange the pickup.

We pay the return shipping. A size that did not work should not cost you money to send back.

A made-to-measure piece is cut to one person's measurements, so it cannot be resold and is not returnable for a change of mind. That is the trade for a garment made to fit only you.

Two things are still our problem, not yours:

• the measurements came out significantly wrong
• the piece arrived badly damaged

In either case, contact us and we put it right. Small variations are a normal part of hand tailoring, and the honest fix for those is the needle, not the courier: bring the piece in, or send it, and we re-stitch it to sit correctly. Alterations of this kind are part of buying made to measure here.

An order can be cancelled within 10 days of being placed. The quickest way is a WhatsApp message with your order details.

For made to measure, tell us as early as you can. Once the cloth has been cut to your measurements it cannot be returned to stock, so cancelling after cutting has started may not be possible. We will always tell you where your order stands before you decide.

Once a return reaches us and is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. For a Cash on Delivery order we collect your bank details and transfer it directly.

Delivery charges already paid are refunded with the order. If a bank takes longer than the 14 working days at its end, tell us and we will chase it with the payment provider on your behalf.

Message the studio on WhatsApp at +91 84510 01500, or email ekdantethnicstudio@gmail.com, with your order number and a photograph of the piece. You will get a person, not a ticket number. We confirm the pickup, and once the piece is back and checked, the refund follows the timing above.
